Hello, I'm Jenisa Jackson, a certified vaginal steam facilitator trained by Steamy Chick in Orange, CA.
My journey with vaginal steaming began a few years ago when I discovered this incredible practice, and it completely transformed my life. After removing my IUD of 5 years, I realized I had been unconsciously carrying negative energy from past experiences. I lacked intention in my life, which made me vulnerable to various health issues.
Through steaming, I reconnected with my body, began praying over my womb, released that negative energy, meditated, practiced celibacy, and became intentional with my partnerships. This journey brought about remarkable changes, including self-realization, minimal cramps, freedom from infections, and heightened self-awareness. It wasn't just a physical transformation; it touched my mind, body, and soul.
